Undergraduate Program

The Digital Game Design undergraduate program is a 4-year, full-time program. The language of instruction is Turkish, and there is no compulsory preparatory class.

About the Program

Admission to the program is based on the ÖSYM exam results under the SAYISAL PUAN (numerical score) type. Students who register in the department through ÖSYM and DGS may request exemption from courses they have previously completed by submitting a petition to our department, together with detailed transcripts of these common courses. Applications are evaluated by the Faculty Equivalence and Exemption Commission.

Digital Game Design students complete two compulsory internships, one inside and one outside the institution. Students must take a graduation project in the 7th and 8th semesters. The graduation project may be project-based or thesis-based, depending on the field of work. Students who successfully complete the Digital Game Design Program earn a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Game Design and the title of “Digital Game Designer”.
